Q: Why does the on/off bitton not depress?

A: only works with a fresh salt pod. If you open the pod tray you need to use a new salt pod before you close the lid again or the button won't work.

A: The nasal dock rotates freely in both directions (right-to-left and left-to-right). When you rotate the nasal dock 180 degrees, the saline will flow in the opposite direction.

A: It is not recommended to add aloe to the tank for moisture. Using Navage will moisten and moisturize the inside of your nose which will reduce or eliminate the congestion you're suffering and resolve other symptoms as well.

I wanted to try Navage, but the cost was high for me. I signed up for a store perk that gave me a discount, and bought it. You often wonder if the hype of commercials is what you will get. This time, YES! The initial cost of this product and the pods are well worth it in terms of saving you time from work and feeling better fast, but it is still out of reach for some folks, so I hope that in time Navage will lower the cost so that everyone can benefit. I used to get a cold a couple of times per year that would last months due to asthma. Now, the moment I start to feel a sinus infection coming on, I start using the Navage. I blow my nose until nothing else is coming out, then I do the Navage. When I start, I close one nostril and breath through the other, and then switch, to see which nostril is the most inflamed. I start the Navage so the blue arrow points into the nostril that is less inflamed. When the water is over half gone, I stop the Navage, blow my nose, then twist so the flow goes the other way. Getting all of that out of your sinuses means that the bacteria and viruses are not at home in your sinuses, multiplying and spreading to your lungs so easily. I mean, I don't have a medical explanation, but the result is that I get over a cold in a few days now, instead of over a month it used to take. I just had a flu that had me knocked out for a day, but I was using the Navage the day before, and on the day I was sickest I used it every few hours. I only had that one bad day! I did not end up with lung congestion or asthma this time! Another tip: I use filtered water that I bring to a full boil for several moments before turning off, but waiting for it to cool takes time, so I now use a clean kettle, boil a lot of water, and then when it is cool, I just pour some in a glass measuring cup that I pre-sanitized, and I heat in the microwave until it is just warm enough for my sinuses.

After using the unit once, I found that the back of my throat and my nose were both quite dry, almost painfully so. But that is the point, to dry things up. You may want to have a small glass of water after using.

The weather in the midwest often hits all four seasons in one day. I have always had so much sinus pressure and headaches as result. After purchasing Navage, these sinus issues went away. I wish I had tried it 20 years ago! Would definitely recommend!

Does not work if you have chronic congestion, the pressure is not enough to push the water though. I have severe allergies and congestion to the point where I can’t breathe out of my nose whatsoever, the water just kept pooling in my nose because of the congestion. Stick with the neti pot bottle that you can squeeze. Now I’m stuck with a $100 product that if returned it’ll be thrown away.

Someone recommended this to me when I got sick a few weeks ago. After a few days of suffering with a horrible sinus infection and congestion, I started using this with the intent of getting antibiotics if it didn't work. During the days of worse sinus infection, I used it 3-4 times a day and it flushed out all the mucous along with what ever was making me sick. Never had to go to doctor for antibiotics. I went down to using it twice daily and now once a day only because of the winds. . My sinuses feel great. This little gadget is powerful and gets the job done. Well with the money I paid. Thank you!

Amazing product and immediately noticed results versus the manual netty pot. Easy to use, quick process and as gross as it is - being able to see everything that came out is great. Only wish it came with a storage case and the drying rack. There was a voucher for a free drying rack that you can get through their website - but would have been better to include with the device. Overall I definitely recommend this product!

Ok so just buy it. This is my new favorite thing! It works! Ive been struggling with an upper respiratory infection for almost 3 weeks now and the first use I was blown away! 10 stars! I highly recommend this product. Money may not be able to buy happiness… but what if you can’t breath?! Don’t debate, 100% worth it.

My choir presented our Christmas cantata this past Sunday. Now 15 people (so far) in our church have covid, including my husband and me. I read of a study done in a Georgia hospital that participants who did nasal rinses reduced the amount of time they suffered with Covid. My husband and I started doing nasal rinses 2-3 times a day from the very start of having a positive Covid test. What a difference it has made from the first two times we suffered with Covid! As one who suffers with constant drainage and phlegm, this has made ALL the difference. My specialist at UVa advised doing nasal rinses. I am a big believer in Navage. May take a little bit of trial and error, but oh so worth it once you get the hang of it and so EASY! Remember to hold your breath and think "sing" holding your tongue in the "ng" position and water will not go down your throat! Much more effective than a neti-pot or bottle.

Customer service is lame. I've had two of these units. One stopped working after I had to replace the batteries. The other stopped working because the upper receptacle no longer locks into place. Don't waste your money. There are better alternatives available.

I bought one last winter because I was constantly sick from grandkids. I loved this machine and how simple it was to use and how effective it was. Unfortunately it stopped working after 7 months and that wasn't constant use. I told everyone I knew to buy one of these. For the money you pay it should last a long time. So dissatisfied.

Just recently restarted occasional use of the product but have had it now for several years it's simple but effective design and has held up well for my limited use. I've had boy sleep apnea surgeries which I would only advise if you can open wide and see skin flaps hanging down and obstructing your throat air flow. Throat surgery is more art than science. And nasal surgery is not science but just opening a direct nasal passsge down each nostril. Both once performed cannot be vorrrcted or added to the tissue removed... so years ago when I just received my unit it did not seem to build pressure as too many air passsges kept the air flow at a low threshold to not flush the nasal passsges so I did not continue with it after several try's. Now December is my favorite holiday to sing in a choir for songs of the season and I thought to use it several times for better voice and sound production which it seemed effective and this time in flushing the passage ways there was some small excrument voided in the process.Yeah. Now I am buying additional salt pods for future use. Product recommended and it can't hurt as therory is sound based on science

I finally bought a Navage. I had worked outside pulling weeds and vines. My sinuses were so messed up that I couldn't breath through my nose. I bought the Navage and used it. I slept better that night than I had in months. Thanks Navage.

Do not use the new alkalol nose pods. It has ruined my Navage. I know that for a fact, and this lady on the phone is trying to tell me we need to troubleshoot. They need to replace it. It's brand new almost only a few months old. I had one before that lasted three years. Do not buy those other new pods they will make your machine work maybe every other time. I don't have time to mess around with troubleshooting. It should work. That's what I paid 100 and some dollars for.

My experience has been awful. My first Navage worked wonderful for three years. I bought a new one and then I started using the new pods and now it's not working well at all..I would expected more on a customer service, but I guess for being in the same state as they're in, they don't believe in it. Do not buy the new alkalol nose pods. It will break your machine.
