I'll try the non-caffeine version as I think that's what is masking some of the effects for me personally. The taste is a bit overwhelming and is like a very strong fruit punch that tastes sugary despite being sugar free. I'll try another flavor/non-caffeine version and hopefully that's a better option for me.

My children loved it dissolved really quick easy set up. You don’t have to do too much. Just pour the packet directly into the water bottle and shake .

Not only is it 75 mg of caffeine, but it also has lions mane and L-theanine so it gives energy without the jitters. 5 stars all round.

The flavor is decent but I struggle to drink the powdery drink mixes, they tend to leave a weird feeling on the back of my tongue. I was hoping this would be different but unfortunately it was not. The flavor was good otherwise and as for the focus benefits I don't have a lot to say because I didn't get to fairly judge that aspect.
