None of the while were lined up correctly and two of them weren’t even big enough for the screws given. Do nit buy this item!!!

The support doesn't even come into contact with the mesh of the backrest, in any of its positions. The chair itself has some wobble if you lean left or right in it.

Bought this chair 3 months ago when I started working from home and needed an office chair. It was easy to assembly by following the directions. What I am here to rave about is how comfortable this chair is for me. I will sit in it 5 days a week anywhere from 8-11 hours a days and I feel good afterwards. Granted I do get up and stretch, walk the dog etc, but in all honesty I don’t have any sitting in a chair for too long symptoms and that is something I would experience at work all the time in the chairs they provided. So if you’re looking for a sharp looking chair that’s also comfortable for long shifts, make this one your choice. It works awesome for me.

This chair is comfy.. wish the width of the seat was a bit wider. The cushion itself it ok, but the material has creases on it just in a week

For the price of this chair, you’d think that it would operate better. The seat does not stay up. You will slowly move down within a few minutes. The cylinder that they provide is useless.
