I was hoping for something for bedtime w a more dim, calming- go the eff to sleep- effect. This is a cute light but I would not recommend as a "nightlight". Unless you want your child waking up saying " it's too bright, I can't sleep". And then after you turn it off they cry because "it's too dark" so then you either have to
A) forgo "special" hugs w your spouse and sleep with your child OR
B) rummage through the house looking for a flashlight or that old broken nightlight and hope that something works out!
If you love the above choices- then yes, you are the perfect customer for this neon blasting, rave infused child's "NIGHTLIGHT"!
