This stuff doesn't have any Neosporin in it (read the label). It's intended to wash out the wound. Great!? Except the allergic reaction it caused (on my 8 year old grandson caused a 1/2 inch abrasion to grow to a 1.5 inch blistering weeping mess that required an urgent care trip, even though we wash...see moreof the reviewer's review

My grandson had bumped the scab off a sore. Neosporin is usually used on open sores.
