skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time, if irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time, avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use sunscreen, avoid contact with the eyes, lip, and mouth, avoid contact with hair and dyed products, which may be bleached by this product, skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration.Directions
Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.Inactive ingredients

My grandma actually gave me a tube of this when i was a teenager because she had talked to my cousin about how her acne was looking much better, and she wanted me to try it out, as I had quite a bit of bad acne growing up. This was one of the only things that is afforable and that works.

Used this products for years ! Anytime I see a pimple forming I put this bad boy on it and overnight it Drys up ! It could help remove the pimple in normally 2-3 days like it was never there !

I use this product somewhat often as a spot treatment for growing pimples. I find that it does help to shrink the pimples before they grow fully, even though it does take a few days/applications.

I really enjoy using this at night when I’m having a really bad break out. I can put it on and just leave it on. Applies very smoothly, dusting a little bit. Not sure if it’s killing the bad bacteria but it works really well in a couple hours, my small, redness patch is gone.

This product is good if it’s only used for a spot treatment. But it definitely dries out the area. I wish it was more of a spot treatment that treated instead of just dry it out.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I’ve never had to use it before, I don’t usually have breakouts but within a few days I have 2 deep pimples, so along w a few other skin care products I picked this up. I used it one night and already see a difference!
