I was really hoping this would be great but I am not impressed. First of all it didn't dramatically reduce any redness in my skin. It did really wash me out, though. It doens't really soak into the skin, it just sits on top of it, so it made me look really pale and just sort of took away any warm undertones. Before putting makeup over this, I could see the primer on my skin if I looked closely and it looked like a slightly opaque white cream. Because of that I can't imagine this working well for anyone with medium or darker skin (or anyone with warm undertones...). It looked fine with makeup over it but like I said didn't do enough to correct redness in my opinon. And I also just don't like the way it feels on my skin. The makeup I use is very light and natural feeling, but with this it made my makeup feel heavy. The 'mattifying' effect also dried out my skin a bit, which I wasn't expecting becuase I have fairly oily skin. I don't think this would be good for anyone with sensitive or acne prone skin, it feels very pore-blocking. If you have fair-ish skin with exclusively cool undertones, this might work for you. Wouldn't recommend for anyone else.

I’m pretty basic when I comes to make up, so I didn’t really want to add more steps to my routine, but this really helped prevent make up from sticking in my pores or dry skin. Prior to this product I could not get my foundation to look okay on my combination winter skin. Now my skin feels moist, looks matte and isn’t cakey, I’m satisfied.
