Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Pro+ .5% Power Facial Serum - 1 fl oz

So far so good! I’ve probably used it 8 times so far since I’m easing into it and alternating with 0.25 retinol of a different brand. I’m using it more now and already noticing a difference in dark sun spots and brightness of my face. I love how it feels after I apply it. The first 2 times it was slightly irritating, but no pain no gain! It has a strong but pleasant smell. Almost like a perfume. I would recommend this product and may not even continue to advance further to 1.0 because this works so well for my aging skin!!

I picked up this product at a GroceryOutlet store so I was skeptical on its efficacy. The glass bottle was nice and the push button top was a cute addition. When you take the dropper out of the bottle, the serum runs everywhere. It has the consistency of a watery oil. Very oily, it doesn’t seem like a serum at all, which usually is a little thicker. I felt like I was smearing oil all over my face. It dried quickly but I’ll have to update my review with results at a later time…wonderful scent to it though - very sweet.

I started using it about two months and Once every one started making comments about how great my face look and wanted to know if I was using something new.

It has great smell and effective product. Smoothens the skin. I apply it over night 5 days a week. It takes some time to absorb. But once absorbed it gives great texture to skin

Less irritating than I expected given the increase in retinol compared to other products. My skin was a little itchy, and I was very careful about sun exposure on days where I used this. I have been using this product 2 days on and one day off.

I noticed my neck and around my mouth was starting to have the fine wrinkles so, I had to do something, Retinol Pro 5 was the answer, I've noticed a difference in just a few weeks. I didnt think it would work but I was wrong, I love it.

Effective Retinol serum with no irritation from using it at night. Nice texture and not sticky. Nice light scent. Average packaging and recyclable. Great Retinol for a good price.

I have been using this for the last month. I could see no changes in my face. Will not order again.

Serum is like a miracle taking away dark puffy eyes!

I've been using this for about a month now. It is non-irritating on my skin. My skin is looking plumper and smoother but the wrinkles are all still there. Please make a 1% strength! I need something stronger.

I received seven products, followed the directions carefully. After a week of using them faithfully, my face and neck were deep red, peeling profusely and even cool water burned and stung as though I had a severe sunburn. Needless to say, I stopped using all products and have spent the last ten days trying to get my skin healed and back to normal. I ordered the products that was recommended for my skin on the website and spent $185.00 on them. They are now all put away and I will never use them again.

Love this product, it has helped with the smoothness of my skin as well as the reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

I've used Neutrogena's "Night" moisturizer with retinol for years, and love how it keeps fine wrinkles from becoming deeper and making my skin bright and even toned. Then I believe Neutrogena added hyaluronic acid to the formula and made the bottle smaller. I get very frustrated when a perfectly well performing formula is chaned and the amount of product becomes skimpier. Because of this, I purchased the "cream" version of the product instead as there is a lot of it in jar, but found the cream to be too much for my normal to slightly oily in the t-zone skin. (I think the cream would be great for someone with dry or more mature skin.) I now use the cream on the tops of my hands in hopes of getting rid of a freckles. This brings me to trying out the "serum" version which has a higher percentage of retinol. As several other 2 and 3 star reviews have stated, this serum is oily and runny, and even after dropping into my palm then trying to transfer it onto my face with my fingers, tonight it rolled down my forehead and ran into my eyes! This caused mild irritation and a lot of annoyance. I once splurged on a designer name serum that had a beautiful, clingy consistency, and which also dried quickly on the skin. This Neutrogena serum remains sticky for a while. I foolishly recycled the box containing the product before deciding the serum is not for me, so can't return it. The only thing I can think of is trying to mix a few drops in with my nighttime vitamin c moisturizer so it doesn't go to waste. Wish I had not spent good money on it.

I used it for 2 weeks saw improvement the lines around my eyes and brow have almost gone And that was all it took every day every night. I recommend this product one hundred percent

Great night time serum. My skin looks and feels soft and hydrated.

I accidentally bought the serum instead of the cream. I followed the directions: cleansed, used it sparingly and moisturized as it made my face dry. I didn’t really see great wrinkle results and decided to try it on the skin under my eyes, HUGE MISTAKE! My face healed fast but my poor under eye skin is still dry and my skin seems darker than before I used it. My time using it was brief and I immediately exchanged it for the day cream with sunscreen.

Love this stuff. Didn’t irritate my skin and feels so good on.

It provides deep and longer moisture to my skin, no redness on my sensitive skin, I use it everyday and enjoy this product very much.

My skin is very sensitive. But I has no issue with this product. Feel very good.
