These do nothing. PanOxl patches are great. These are worthless. Waste of money. When you wake up and take the patch off, it will look exactly the same as when you put the patch on.

I know there are many negative reviews, but I love these patches! I came across them unexpectedly while browsing Neutrogena’s acne line and bought them to try, not expecting to have such a great result (because hardly anything works for my acne). I wear them overnight and they are easy to put on and stick really well. There are small and large patches to cover varying amounts of skin which is really nice. When I take them off in the morning, my acne has visibly shrunk to the point where the entire area that I put the patch on is almost or completely flat. They don’t dry my skin out too much and don’t cause any irritation or stinging on my skin, which other acne products have done. I know everyone’s skin is different, but this has been a game changer for me and worked better than almost any other acne product (and I’ve tried tons). They’re a bit pricey but completely worth it for how much they help my skin. I will be continuing to buy them!

Honestly I'm really shocked by all the bad reviews. Isaw these were new, and bought them on a whim. Honestly, wasn't sure they would work (because things rarely ever work). Anyways, they had trouble sticking in some areas (like on my chin), but once I got them to oh boy did they stick. You have to leave them on for at least 8 hours, so it's definitely best to put them on at night or when you go to bed. Next day my acne had shrunk. Kinda like if you pop them and get all the gunk out. They do still leave red spots, but nthats not a huge issue for me. And I know they say not to use on cystic acne, but I tried it out... maybe it's because I left in on for about 16 hours, but it's gone and only left a red spot. These things work for me, but everyone's body is different.
