Q: what does radio control mean?

A: There is a handheld remote included with the vehicle which controls the vehicles functions (forward/reverse, Left/right etc.). It being a radio controlled allows you to control the vehicle from a distance (around 80ft) unlike some older vehicles where the remote was wired to the vehicle allowing you to only be a small distance away from the vehicle. The google definition for Radio control is: Radio control is the use of control signals transmitted by radio to remotely control a device.
