these are so great in theory and so helpful in my home. however, i've had to buy at least 6 of these over the course of 2-3 months. if they get wet, they stop working. sometimes they dry up and work again so hold onto it but most the time they are done and at 5-6 dollars for one, it really adds up to replace so often. i also find it irritating you cannot choose "fix an issue" and be sent replacements because it's not practical for me to have to take it into the store and deal with it in person all the time.

The handwash timer seemed like such a cute and fun idea and I was so excited for it to arrive for my potty-training 2 year old! However, the timer I received does NOT play "If you're happy and you know it" as advertised, it plays "Wash your hands doo-doo, etc." to the tune of the Baby Shark song. Which is fine....my toddler is also obsessed with Baby Shark but still annoying to me that it's not I was expecting when I made the purchase. You also have to press on the timer at the EXACT right location to even make the song play and lights function. I have wasted a lot of soap getting it to play. It sometimes does not play the full song either, just says "Pink Fong" and then you have to press it again to get the music to play. Again, more wasted soap. Overall, neat idea but I wouldn't reccomend. I tried selecting "fix an issue" on my order to maybe get a replacement and it said that feature is not available for this item and my only option was to return it to a store (even though this was an online-only purchase). Sigh.
