Big clumps of stuck together cookies

Recently, the boxes I’ve purchased from Target have several cookies stuck together. Not just one or two, like big clumps of stuck together cookies and they do not have the same texture (crunchy but then soft when you eat them) that I expect from nilla wafers

This is the second time I buy Nilas that has an open bag inside the box and or is not well sealed. The cookies were soft and not crunchy as they should be. I had to throw them out both times. I hope the manufacturer gets this issue fixed soon because otherwise they are a 10!

I don’t know what’s going on. The date says November 18, 2022. Opened the box in the car of the parking lot and the cookies were soft. Like they were stale or something. But todays date is June 27, 2022. So what’s going on? I ended up calling Mondolez the company that makes the cookies and they are looking at quality for the batch. They said this is not a new recipe and that the cookies should still be crunchy.
