This coffee machine is hard to use when switching to Kcups and does not fill the cup or pot anywhere near the amount set to brew. In the picture you can see I set it to brew 28 oz and it didn’t even brew 2 cups

This coffee machine is pretty and useful. I like it has self cleaning and it’s super easy to use. I personally don’t like the milk frother, it isn’t strong enough. But it you are looking for a nice coffee machine where you can use pots and ground, this is the one

Today is 8/15/23 and I purchased this coffee maker on 4/15/23 and it no linger works. It was great when it did but now I try to make coffee and has some sort of short where it will start the coffee I get about 1/2 oz and it turns off. I can usually get enough to make a cup if I turn it back on and hit the brew button 5 or 6 times.

Such a great coffee maker! We wanted something compact but still fully functional, this was it. It has the pod option, regular coffee maker & iced coffee. I can make a full pot or one cup at a time which is very convenient for working from home. So worth the price!

Loved this coffee maker. However it only lasted 18 months. Called ninja and they told me I need to purchase a new base for $175. I won’t be purchasing another ninja coffee maker.

While the coffee maker itself seems nice.. I'm fairly dissapointed in Target.. Upon opening my machine I was disgusted to see the unit had obviously been used. Coffee grinds in the filter and water in the tank. Not sure how I am supposed to "check" this before buying, not that I should have too... Customer service was wildly unhelpful, saying I had to go out of my way, return to the store I purchased from (an hour drive) just to get some kind of resolution.. So their mistake is now my inconvenience..

Love the coffee maker! The coffee taste great in either form. A lot quieter than a Keurig. Once you learn how to interchange the grounds and K-Cup insert it’s easy to use. The water reservoir makes is large and holds water for multiple cups of coffee. I’ve used the iced coffee setting and it actually brews a dark cold brew. I would purchase again or gift it to a coffee lover. No issues with coffee grinds in any cup.

Either I’ma id*ot or this thing sincerely does not work. It stops at 12 oz and doesn’t allow to brew more than that. I even put way more water and this is what came out. Waste of money.

Just two months and this coffee pot shuts off while brewing. Makes a great cup of coffee when it's working. I've tried every trouble shooting method but unfortunately it restarts the whole coffee pot to a 12:00 time and stops brewing with every cycle

I am a Ninja Convert

My Cuisinart spurted for the last time. My son has a Ninja and loves his so I bought this DualBrew. Mine came with an steel carafe unexpectedly -which was a bonus. I have yet to brew a pot because I am the only coffee drinker in this house. I love the K-cup brew. It has 12oz vs 10oz Its 10 degrees hotter than the Cuisinart. It has 3 K-cup top punctures and larger diameter-where Cuisinart has one thinner puncture- such that more water gets in for better saturation? It makes a great tasting cup of coffee. I love the Hot water switch- perfect for warming your cup- but my tap water is 180 degrees. I love the multiple pour sizes as opposed to 3 with the Cuisinart - including travel cup. and over ice feature will be nice come summer. The water reservoir holds more water so less refilling. It doesnt have a filter which could be a problem, but my well water has lots of minerals so I use distilled water- Not a concern for me- but someone may consider it a problem. And that's it my only knock. I have a frother and probably won't use it, but it's a nice touch.. Hands down better money spent...considering my son's is 2+years old, I'm not regretting this purchase. It's my second Ninja product- I love my Juicer/ Blender- again outperforming my old reliable Cuisinart. I thought Ninja was a product would be a product that I would see in those late night infomercials - I was dead wrong. Well Made-it performs more than my curmudgeon expectations.

So far I’m loving this coffee maker. I have an excellent cup of coffee, no matter what feature I’m using at the time. If I had one complaint; it would be to not have to change out the coffee filter basket each time I decided to have a k-cup or visa versa.

I wanted to love this so bad. But we are on our second one in under a year and switching back to our trusty brand. The first one stopped brewing despite regular cleaning, so we bought another one. Our cups are almost ALWAYS full of coffee grounds. Our current one is only about 2 months old. Very upsetting.

This makes great coffee but I do not like having to remove the k-cup holder and the carafe every time I want to make regular coffee. I am disappointed. Its a lot of money to be disappointed with the design.
