A:Â Use automatic dishwashing detergent without bleach or citrus additives. Prolonged, regular dishwashing may eventually mark or discolor your cookware. If regularly washed in the dishwasher, some darkening of the exterior of the base may occur- this is normal and will not affect cooking performance.

I use this appliance everyday! I reheat food using the air fry function. I pressure cook potatoes, rice, chicken etc. This ninja is great because you can pressure cook chicken or ribs and then air fry them. Meat comes out so tender with a nice crisp to the surface.

I was a loyal ninja customer for years because I've been more than satisfied with their products. Unfortunately I attempted to use the unit in pressure cooking mode. Upon doing so, the unit proceeded to expell steam and hot liquid, breaking the unit and covering my kitchen. The unit was infact sealed and contents were under the fill line. So far, it's taken me 2 days and 4 attempts to reach anyone in customer service and now they're saying it will be another 24-48 hours to call me back to assist me. I'm so disappointed that a brand I've been loyal too has made it beyond difficult for a resolution.
