2 years later, still going strong
I replaced my Ninja professional system with this more compact style after not using most of what came with the professional system. Two years in and still works as good as the day I took it out the box. I haven't replaced the blade attachment, base, cups. Nothing. I'm writing with the hopes that the manufacturer reads this so that I can ask for you to consider reintroducing this in colors like the BlendBoss? I'm not interested in the cup that comes with the BlendBoss and again, I love this one but the fun colors would be nice.

Burned out, smells horrible
Burned out just outside of warranty. Used without issues 1-2x per week, then suddenly started smelling like burned plastic.

This doesn’t finely chop, blend or pulp herbs onions, garlic. For example o like to Finley mince my garlic and onion so it’s not chunky. This doesn’t do it. I like to make herb sauces and dips this also doesn’t do it? Good for smoothies. But I can’t think what else?

Great Blending But Not High Quality
Bought this in late 2024. Worked well for the time we used it and did an excellent job making smoothies. After less than 2 years of pretty regular use though the motor burnt out.

I bought this blender in October, and after four months it completely stopped working without warning. The return window has expired, leaving me stuck with a useless product. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this blender to anyone.

Garbage product - went through three! Same problem
Had a couple different models over the years and can 100% confirm that they are all garbage products that WILL fail. Think I went through three of them. EVERYONE of them stopped blending after a few weeks. The only way you can get them to work after that is to put all of your bodyweight into forcefully holding down the cup and wiggling it into a workable position while pressing the blend button manually. I've spoken with others that have the same problem. I'm sick of it. Another recurring problem is a brownish liquid that seeps through the bottom of the blade attachment. Gross. Run for the hills with this product. Complete garbage.

Company does not support their product!
This blender is horrible! Just when it is out of warranty it starts to fail. It gets deafening loud and plastic leaches into the smoothie. This is my second one and both did the same thing. The first time the company replaced it and told me they would only replace it once. Really? They stood by there word and did not replace the second one. Way to support your product! After reading other reviews it seems many people complain about the same thing. You would think the company would send us a better version to keep us as a customer.

The best blender
This is by far the best blender I've ever used. It makes everything into a smooth drinkable texture. Anything from spinach to even nuts. I can add anything to my smoothie And I know it's going to taste delicious. Sometimes I even use this to help me with prepping for my dinner, when I need something blended like a sauce. I highly recommend this blender. The blender is very sturdy.
