Q: Why was the release of these cards handled so poorly?
A: Ok I got some more information, target officially doesn’t have future plans to restock. Because they had this many in stock 50-70 cards Ridiculous right
submitted byAnswer - 4 years agoA: I wouldn’t blame Target. Who is the company that made the cards and, obviously, not enough? I wouldn’t be surprised to see them sold again once the hype dies down some. Yet, with so many one star reviews, is Target going to think the cards are worth restocking?
submitted byMe - 4 years agoA: Target said that they will only be released online for pick up in store, but their un-informed employees decided to give them to people walking into the store that day as well, limiting the stock that was available online. Plus, they clearly didn't keep count and cancelled orders for pickup because they gave them to people in store, which happened to me. Target really dropped the ball on this.
submitted byMad - 4 years agoA: Because target thought they had enough in stock and what not, so the bots won against them and thing ended up real bad. Now target has no more plans to restock. Disappointing right?

Q: Were there plans to have humans buy, or just e-bay bots?
A: I'm a human and was able to buy the cards. They weren't even available for shipping, and the online orders were limited to two per person.

Q: 买不到！ It is said that it can be picked up, but it cannot be used when it is released...
A: It can be used, because if 1.9 update was released before the cards were distributed on that friday. So the old Japan cards would of worked.
