Cute advent calendar for young mario fans. My little one enjoyed the toys. I wish I got it on sale because I'm not sure it's worth the price.

1 star for the effort . This is a horrible adventure calendar and it costs so much so much doubles . Where are the characters from the movie ? Besides mario ,Luigi, yoshi and princess peach where is bowser.bowser jr princess daisy kamek the boos and all the otjer ones . I would return but i already gifted it and do not buy ! Waste of money ,

My son really enjoyed this calendar. He was impressed with the variety that was in it. And he had a really good time opening it everyday.

I happen to come across this while shopping one day and thought this would be fun for my son. There were so many duplicates in this. The world of Mario is so vast and they couldn’t think of anything better than two stars, two question mark blocks, three coins, and three Yoshis??? No Bowser, no Cheep Cheep, no Bloop, no Boo, no Bullet Bill, no Chomp, no P Switch, not even a Goomba! The only “bad guy” was the Piranha Plant. This set was extremely disappointing. The duplicates could have resulted in 6 additional characters/ items. It’s sad they couldn’t bother to branch out even a little. I gave it two stars because I did appreciate the POW Block and the Leaf.

For as money as this is, I thought that there would have been various characters and it was disappointing when my son kept opening day by day and got multiples of the same thing. He did love opening it and he loves Mario so it wasn’t a complete disappointment.

This item has a lot of duplicate items and we even had a day that empty.

Very disappointed in the lack of characters. The description said 17 characters and 7 accessories- but clearly it’s the other way around. Three Yoshis of different colors and barely any other characters was really disappointing for my child… and the price point is too high for that- making really disappointing for me as a parent.

This Advent Calendar is actually pretty disappointing. The quality of the items is actually pretty good and won't break easily, but many of the days have duplicate items, such as coins or question mark boxes. It would have been much better if they included more characters such as Bowser or a Goomba. Our child is already bored of it and doesn't even care to open the next day as it's probably another turtle shell.

There could be more characters (face it, that is what the kids really want and are most excited about!), but all the main ones for the most part are there. The quality is outstanding especially for an advent calendar. The heads and arms even move on all the characters. These are not cheap at all and are really fun to play with. My son was taping them in different configurations so he could "pretend" to be playing the game. There is another version of this exact Nintendo advent calendar on other websites that has a lot more good and bad characters for only about $10 more. This is the cheapest I've found though and you can combine it with other Target promotions too. This is the best toy advent calendar we have ever purchased and we usually get a new one every year!

Impressive quality, exceeded expectations, kiddo LOVES it!

This is one of the better advent calendars. Each day is a new toy, no candy or stickers which is awesome. My 5 year old has been having a blast opening each day. Like others have said, it would be cool to have some enemies but it’s a great product for $30.

I like that the toys are good quality, they are definitely made for play. I do wish there were a couple enemies instead of 3 yoshis, but I knew what was inside beforehand. My 3 yo loves getting a new piece every morning.

Was excited to get this for my son. It was 5 days late which wasn’t a huge deal but then when I open it it had already been opened.

Would recommend for any Super Mario fan. Wish there was a Bowser in there but otherwise an excellent gift!

The thing was upside down inside the box. Not so exciting for my first advent calendar.

Disappointed. They could’ve added more characters instead of three colored Yoshi’s like Bowser! donkey Kong, boo, daisy, bullet bill, etc.. at least they had princess peach, not worth $30 to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nintendo Advent calendar is great for any Mario fan or gamer. My boys will be so excited to open it this holiday season. I love that each day has an actual usable character piece. There’s really no fillers in the bunch. A few are repeats, but this makes sense, as multiple of these would be in the game. They are decent quality too. I do wish Bowser was included. We have some Mario sets already, and these will be a great addition. Definitely a worthwhile advent calendar with toys that will be used.

Cutest advent calendar! My boys love Mario and this one is perfect for them.
