Nintendo Switch Carrying Case - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition

Flimsy. Not as premium as I thought it would be. Go with the leather brown zelda case

Thin case with little protection. My OLED just fits in it. There is no comfortable way of carrying it around. It is very disappointing especially when compared with the breath of the wild case, which cost less but is of higher quality.

I bought the Pokémon pastel carrying case since this was sold out but found it at a different target. I just opened it, excited to put my tears of the kingdom switch in it and it’s about as useful as a pillowcase. It’s so thin and compared to the Pokémon one (which was cheaper btw!!!). Lucky to have bought the Pokémon one because unfortunately this is gonna stay as a shelf piece. I’m happy that I have zelda collectibles or I’d probably donate this.

Offers no protection, gets bent easily and just feels cheap.

The two good things about this case are the screen protector and the fact that the inside can be used as a stand. Here are all the things wrong with the case: (1) Outer material is not the same as depicted on the packaging, and is flimsy, offering little protection (2) There is no protection for the joysticks or shoulder buttons, so they'll be bumped in the case, contributing to wear and joycon drift (3) The zippers are low-quality and installed poorly, so they catch and buckle at the corners (4) The print quality is extremely poor and looks like it will rub off quickly (5) The zipper pulls are flimsy and weak, and feel like they're going to fall off. I'm very disappointed with this case. It feels like throwing my Switch into a fanny pack unprotected. I have the brown leather Zelda Switch case, which is fantastic quality and doesn't have any of these issues. If you're looking for a Zelda-branded cases, skip this pathetic cash grab and get that one instead.

Case is decent, screen protectors are trash. Basically pretend those aren't even included since a basic $5 tempered glass screen protector would work far better. But the case is decent enough, a little flimsy but I appreciate the slim design and low profile which makes it easy to bring my switch around!

The red and blue Mario edition Switch came with a case just like this, and it’s not very protective as it’s not a hard case. It’s soft and can be bent, which you wouldn’t want for your Switch, so I’d call it more like a dust case. I purchased the Zelda Switch OLED and although I’m the type to collect stuff, I easily passed on this case due to the poor quality. Go for something sturdier. I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for this, especially since it came free with the Mario Switch.

Honestly this is a case built for minimalist. I kinda got that from the images and is what I was looking for, so I loved it. However, if you’re looking for something to protect, this isn’t it. Overall, solid case that I wish offered a little more protection.

I was so excited for this case after getting the TOTK OLED to have a matching set. However, this case might be the worst one I’ve bought. Extremely flimsy to the point where you can press the joysticks on the switch through the case. Also, the OKED fits oddly in the case, almost as if you’re forcing it with the cartridge holder. Also, only holds 5 games. The design is beautiful and I’m still keeping it for my Zelda collection, but I would ever recommend this for actual usage.

Alot of mixed reviews but overall its a good case although it is thin and doesn't protect much it does the job and looks really nice aswell i don't mind the case being thin as I didn't really like the big thick cases felt like carrying a brief case around but for my personal daily use i really love this case does its job very well 10/10

I needed a second case for my OLED and I’m a huge Zelda fan, so I was excited about this one. However- it’s a huge step down from the one that came with the collectors edition BOTW game. It’s thinner, much more flimsy and has no strap, can only accommodate 5 games (the other holds 12), and overall will be just a backup.

Cheaply made. Zipper gets caught nearly every time you use them. The hard shell cases are $8 cheaper and a much better quality. Plus you can get a 2 or 3 pack of screen protectors for $8. Same price as this case and you'll get an extra screen protector and a better quality case. I do like the design on the case. It matches the pro controller.
