    I ordered this Christmas gift for my 6-year-old cousin and Target delivered it to the wrong address. The photo shows it clearly on a different front step. I tried to report the issue online and it tells me "something is wrong" and to call a 1 800 number. I'm now on hold for over 15 mins and counting. I have a bad feeling that my little cousin won't have her gifts before Christmas

    This rating is more about a worry than reality for now. Ordered online and when it arrived in a box but with 0 packaging and clearly already looked used. Mind you it is advertised as new, however definitely seems like I received a return or something instead. It is a Christmas gift for 2024 so I hope there isn't anything else wrong with it. Attempted to reach out to Target about the order, but I have not heard back with any solutions or explanations.

    Bought this for my son in March. We have a case on it at all times and it has not left the house. We made sure to give it a full charge before the first use. It’s now June and it will not hold a charge. Of course, it’s passed Target’s tiny return window for what I would consider an expensive item. I would not recommend.

    These are junk now . Bought three for my three kiddos for Christmas and they are all not working . They have cases on them and have dropped onto carpet and game readers stop. This happened on our regular switch too. We had to have the game reader fixed for 90 dollars just for it to break again in one month. Not durable at all . I’m very disappointed in the quality .
