My son had lice and I bought this to check mine and my husband's hair. I checked my hair after chemical treatment of my son's hair. It found and killed one adult that must have transferred to me during treatment. So thankful. Will follow up with this on his hair to be sure treatment worked. I bought this Nix comb with hopes that it would work, it has failed me. The sensor that indicates a nit was present would light up and there was not nits to be found. I was more effective by manually removing nits or lice. I feel that I just paid for the name of the product.

we purchased this when my daughter might have been infected while having a sleepover. This seemed to be a good alternative to a full treatment with chemicals especially since we were doing this as a precaution. I am not sure about the product.
