I've used it for months hoping my skin would get used to it, as it does firm and smooth lines really well, but cannot get past the little bumps and red splotches. I love no 7. Products but I'm not sure if maybe this one isnt for someone a little older I loved the face massager and the fact it wakes up your skins and helps apply the serum...but I'm 34 and didnt see much of a difference when using it however it made my skin silky soft and I did maybe see a difference with my under eye bags but no much of a lift in the areas when I follow directions I also didnt have an issue with these certain areas but I do think it would help someone who is struggling with skin problems and need a lift around jaw line and contour area definitely is a good product

I've been using No7 Firming Booster Serum for a few weeks and haven't noticed any changes to my face or neck. I'm in my early 30s and only have a few fine lines (no sagging) and my facial skin is pretty dry/tight. There was no noticeable change to the fine lines and the hyaluronic acid didn't seem to have any effect on the dryness. Maybe it works better on deeper wrinkles and sagging? I thought the applicator was interesting, but seemed unnecessary (you're not supposed to use the roller ball to massage, just to apply). [I received for free this product from BzzAgent in exchange for an honest review.]

I love this applicator! the metal rolling balls feel so good on the face and the shape of the applicator is perfect. The serum has really smoothed out my face! I can really feel a difference. The cream itself absorbs into the skin fast and isn't oily or leaves a residue. There is almost no smell but I prefer smell but it's fine. I really really recommend this!
