Outstanding quality. I use these baking sheets nearly every day. They stand up to lots of wear. They do well in the dishwasher. The edge height is perfect. These were purchased in addition to other sets I have purchased over the years because we bake so much.

Like another reviewer- I put this is the dishwasher once and it turned into a streaky rainbow.

Terrible!! I had to throw them away. I washed the larger one, the color changed. Then I washed the smaller pan in the dishwasher and the color completely changed. It’s almost as if whatever layering is on it was taken off. I did not feel comfortable continuing to cook on it. Do not recommend these at all. Look for other pans, the price is not worth taking the risk of it happening to you!

Great sheets, sturdy and easy to clean

I love that this set contains a smaller size for roasting vegetables and a larger size to bake cookies.

I've only ever handwash these. I had a previous set that stood up to cleaning. My most recent set, I went about cleaning some baked on grease. I used vinegar and baking soda and my sponge turned grey and it seems like a coating was being stripped off. Now I'm scared to use it as even just soap and water is turning grey. Have not had this happen on my other baking sheets.

First off, I will say that everyone that is complaining about discoloration from the dishwasher. Must have gotten different package than I did because mine specifically says hand wash. That being said, I cannot recommend these because they lay their packaged. I did a store pickup, and the larger pan clearly has permanent indentations from the smaller pan where something heavy must have been set on it. If you want these pans, I would spend the extra dollars and buy them separately so you don't have this damage.

Excellent pans. The instructions clearly state they shouldn’t be put in the dishwasher as they will discolor but if you do the changes to them are purely cosmetic. Tired of seeing people complain that they discolor when put in dishwasher.

Love these! Perfect for making little dishes in the small pan and gives an even bake. Cleans really easily.

These are great. Both sizes have really come in handy over the holidays.

High quality aluminum that heats and cools quickly and evenly. This gets your cookies baking as soon as you put it in the oven and then cooled off fast when you remove it. For those who are not happy with the scratches. Don’t be mad about it. It’s not gonna hurt it. It just doesn’t look great. But you’re not going to find a scratch resistant aluminum pan anywhere. They don’t exist. Tips: Hand wash only/never put in the dishwasher. For stuck on food, let it soak first. If it doesn’t remove easily, let it soak for longer. Keep it separate. Don’t leave utensils, forks, knives, or any sharp items in the pan to slide around and scratch. Don’t put a bunch of heavy items beside it or on top of it like plates. These will scratch/dent.

Purchased these for my daughter and she loved them.

These are my favorite sheets to bake cookies on. These seem to bake cookies the most evenly of all the sheets I've owned and across different ovens. I also have the extra large sheet and it comes in handy during the holidays. The only downside is they tend to scratch easily, especially on the bottom when sliding them in and out of the oven, but it doesn't affect their baking quality so no stars taken off.

Aluminum is a soft metal. Do not use metal utensils. Do not use acids like balsamic vinegar directly on the pan. Do line or grease the pan. It is lightweight and will bake cookies beautifully. Do hand wash. Do use parchment paper or a silicone liner. The edges of the pan are handy for a variety of baked goods and for easy pull from the oven. It comes with a warranty. Just keep your receipt!

I love my Nordic Ware aluminum cookie sheets. I bought a second set for my home because we use them so much and then also bought a set for our cabin. They don't bend after multiple uses like some brands and clean very easily.

Heavy Duty Professional Quality Pans Made In The USA. No Warping. Washes Up Beautifully. These Are Not Nonstick Nor Would I Expect Them To Be As They Are Natural Aluminum.
