Q: It states this item has an aluminum frame. I do not see this is the photos.

A: The aluminum frame is hidden in some pics by the blue lid. It’s the “rim” around the clear plastic mold opening.

The online ad says in 3 separate places the popsicle maker is dishwasher safe. When opening the box, unwrapping the plastic and taking the blue lid off, I found a sticker that said, "Do not put in dishwasher" What? The only reason I bought it was because it said it was dishwasher safe. Returning for full refund. P.S. I tried uploading pictures to show the original online ad and also the the sticker I found on the inside, but it will not load, and says, "Sorry your file could not be uploaded." I made sure that the photos I wanted to add were not too large and even re-sized the photos smaller in order to load. Nope. I tried to show my evidence but this site was not accomodating.

Shattered the first time I tried to take the lid off. Doesn’t have reusable sticks and only comes with 20 so buy extra wooden ones. Also the sticks fall too deep into the popsicles making them impossible to hold.

This was not worth it. I read the reviews before purchasing, but figured it couldn’t be that bad. Boy was I wrong. The lid IS VERY difficult to remove. I did not have any problems getting the frozen popsicle out as I ran the bottoms under warm water. Then I went to clean it… It claims to be dishwasher safe. I washed it in the top rack and while the lid was fine, the metal on the popsicle mold oxidized! Horrible! I thru it away and purchased a silicone mold with plastic reusable handle/sticks for less than half of what this thing costs.

It does what it’s supposed to do, you put liquid in it and it makes popsicles. The lid is very hard to get off, even when I try to just gently place it on top. Have to use the lid to keep the sticks in place, so no getting around that. Have to wait a few minutes for everything to thaw just a bit to be able to get the popsicles out. Not the biggest problem, just annoying.

Our first issue was installing the sticks, which are separate. The first time, we tried to insert them right after filling them, but they would not stay in place, freezing in at weird angles and depths. The second time we planned to insert the sticks after the liquid had a chance to freeze a bit, but forgot until after the popsicles were frozen solid. Our next issue was trying to get the popsicles out. Since the sticks were frozen in at weird angles, we had an awful time trying to get the lid off. Finally, we struggled to clean this set, and not finding any instructions on cleaning, learned the hard way that none of it is not dishwasher safe. Overall a huge frustration, which we cannot recommend.

Very easy to use, and the popsicles are the perfect size. Like others have said, you have to run it under warm water to make the popsicles easier to remove. I haven’t put it in the dishwasher yet, but I’m glad to see on this page that it’s dishwasher safe. Looking forward to making more custom popsicles!

This is a great popsicle mold!! I love how it's not as challenging to fill as some I've used (we didn't use a funnel and still did fine) and there are only two pieces to clean and keep track of! It makes the popsicles look great, too. We took the popsicles out of the mold, saran wrapped them, and put them in another container in the freezer so we could easily make more. The only negative is that they didn't come with a lot of popsicle sticks, but it was easy to find food safe sticks online.
