Pretty rug but it's rough on the feet! And this isn't a true sisal rug, it's more brown than a typical sisal rug. And it's hard and rough to walk on. I'm keeping it because I hope it will hold up well in the high-traffic area where it's located. I had a true sisal rug before and it got beat up in a year! So fingers crossed this rug will hold up!

Great rug, but it does have strong odor. After online research, I sprinkled baking soda over rug and let it sit for a few hours before vacuuming. That did the trick and eliminated the odor.

Love the look of this rug. Purchased for bedroom. I would definitely purchase a rug mat to lay under it. There is a bit of a chemical odor, but purchased the rug in mid July and was able to leave windows open which after about 5 days solved the odor problem.
