Normally, I pay $26 for Il Makiage’s concealer- which is amazing. But I don’t want to always spend that plus shipping. So I looked up the best drugstore concealers, and NYX was on the top of the list for overall best. I was skeptical for the $4.99 price. But the next morning, after cleansing, moisturizing, and applying the concealer, I was shocked at how great it looked. (I also have been using what normally would be used for eyeshadow, as a brush to apply concealer. It is super gentle, and very accurate.) Overall, very happy with this. It isn’t as full coverage as I might like, but for $4.99, it does a pretty darn good job.

I only use this when I have some major redness. It does neutralize it, but never seems to blend enough so that I don’t see the green tint left behind. Even the smallest amount leaves a green cast. I’ll use this to cover the red, but then have to use extra makeup to try to cover the green. Mildly recommend this.

I liked the consistency but it felt a little sheer and as if it dries to fast. The colors were a little more on the red side but that could just be my poor color matching.

This product looked nothing like the yellow I have in the NYX pallet! It didn’t look yellow at all, but more of a dark neutral. I didn’t use it and returned it. The yellow in the pallet is great, so maybe it was just a bad tube I received? Going to look in store to compare.

This concealer has an almost gel based consistency, blends imperceptively into skin, and evens out my eye area and areas of redness perfectly. The coverage is more light to medium. Even though you are only getting 3 grams of product, it is still a good price. I am using CW01 Porcelain, and it's a perfect color match for my fair, neutral skintone. The finish is soft matte, so it's not really hydrating nor is it drying. I love standard doe foot applicators, because they allow for targeted application. Will repurchase!
