Usually shoot some into a pair of running shoes when they rotate to sit for a while. After wearing second pair a couple weeks, they get a shotful to the insole. Fresh as a daisy. Also talc-free, which is good.

Can I give zero star? This makes my feet wet instead of absorbing the sweat. If it had a zero star option I'd give it.

Bought to use when wearing high heels to prevent sweating. It does not work well with barefeet. Instead of preventing it it actually made it worse. I do not recommend this product for use in high heels or flats. One positive was that it smells good.
