This conditioner leaves a waxy feeling coating on your hair. Pantene leaves a similar feel however this brand is way worse. I cannot even finish using the shampoo and conditioner. Does not hydrate at all.

I usually like OGX products a lot!! I tried this coconut miracle oil shampoo thinking that I would love it. I used it once and my hair got so tangled, even after brushing through it and letting it dry completely! My hair never tangles either. So sad that it didn’t work out, especially since I got the big bottle :/ will be going back to my old kind I suppose.

The actual product is great but the bottles are a design nightmare. Anyone with any hand mobility issues will struggle. They are very difficult to squeeze one handed without dropping them and breaking the caps off. You can’t stand them upside down to make dispensing product easier since it’s so hard to squeeze. I was overall very frustrated and once I used all the product vowed to never buy it again.
