My head felt like it got dunked in ice water and that feeling wouldn't rinse off until I shampoo'd a 2nd time and even then it's lingering a little bit. I love the regular strength version but I HATED this "extra strength" one. Worst conditioner I've ever used. It also made my hair feel like straw. I want my money back.
