Q: Why is it 2022, yet this company is still testing on animals?

Olay is working closely with governments around the world to provide alternative research methods to eliminate testing on animals, enabling cruelty-free skin care in the beauty industry. For example, in a few countries where Olay is sold, governments still mandate animal tests. In those cases, Olay can be required by law to submit our products to labs where we know animal tests are happening. This is why we do not claim cruelty-free on our packaging. We do not believe these tests are necessary to evaluate safety or performance. But today, they won’t accept alternative non-animal testing methods. We remain steadfast and will continue to advocate for alternative methods to end animal tests in the industry. Olay also supports the Humane Society International’s #BeCrueltyFree campaign to ban animal testing for cosmetics in all major global beauty markets by 2023.

This lotion is amazing! I’ve only been using it a few weeks but results are dramatic for me. Old eczema rash scars are clearing up, discolored, damaged skin on one arm is lightening! I’m using it on my face and neck as well.. noticeable improvement in saggy tired skin. This lotion does it all.. and it smells good too. The smell is so beautiful and strong! For everyone complaining about the beautiful smell, there are plenty of lotions at the store that barely have a smell. Let us people whole love to smell good have this one and buy something else. Smell sweet and a little fruity, almost like a perfume that I own(I get a lot of compliments on that perfume for men). My boyfriend liked the scent and lucky him he gets to smell me all night in bed. Buy this if you want great looking skin and to smell beautiful. Its a win win!

I searched for a Collagen Body Lotion and was excited when I found this. But the fragrance is WAY too strong so I can't even find out it if works or not. Olay needs to make more fragrance free products.

This performed like any other lotion, been using this for 6 months regularly didn't notice ANY improvement/effects from the claimed ingredients such as niacinamide (and I usually notice improvement from other body lotions that have claims.) It's VERY watery....and the smell also gets nauseating after a while. I would pass.

I'm just never happy with Olay products, I try them from time to time and it never fails. It's usually because of the heavy fragrance of their products and this lotion is no different. I just can't. It's not pleasant it is over bearing and honestly it smells cheap and tacky to me. Why is it so impoprtant for there to be such an overbearing fragrence to this item?

I’m gone through a few bottles of this lotion, but think they’ve changed the formula (the newest bottle also has new design and logo). After starting to use this recent one, my husband and I both have dry, itchy skin and rash. This is the only thing that is different.
