Love this item. I tried a similar face cleanser from a cheaper brand (think dollar store), and this one blows the other out of the water. This cleanser has 2 speeds (low and high), and I don't think other reviewers understand that a high speed is not supposed to cleanse your face like it's tile grout. It does go faster for a deeper clean, but it's still gentle which is good for skin. If you want to scrub your face like it's grout, get a manual brush and do it. Cleansers work well with this device, and get distributed along the face evenly and leaves my face feeling refreshed, smooth and soft. Love using this in the morning as it really wakes me up! For those who are rating it 1 star because they can't open it - It's not that difficult to open, and the battery compartment has a gasket to keep water out - I'd suggest using something like a silicone gripper to open it, but it's not as difficult as some are making it sound. I guess people like to have something to complain about. Perhaps future iterations could have a latch opener while still keeping the waterproofing gasket?

I bought this a couple months ago and I have been very happy with it, using it more than expected. My only complaint & reason for giving it only 4 stars is because I can't find replacement heads/brushes. Once the 2 I have that came with it wear out, I will have to throw it out, as it will be useless. This is such a waste, because it is a great product. Olay - if you are listening - bring back the replacement brushes & put them up on your site! Even if the product is discontinued, customers will still have it & want to use it.

I literally just recieved my item today, was excited to use since i havent gotten one since my last one broke. Inserted the duracell battery it came with and was excited to use the item, just one wash on the right side of my face and it stopped working. Thought it was the battery that was probably old or something, I decieded to try another new duracell battery from my stock. it item never worked . I am so so dissapointed and angry right now. I am returning this item. please you guys can do better please.

Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the handle. 2. With the logo facing you, grip the ends of the brush using both hands. Gently shift the battery compartment to one side to release the cover. You can also try gently rocking the battery compartment cover from side to side while pulling on it. 3. Insert two new AA batteries, aligning the +/- symbols. The symbols can be found on the inside of the battery compartment cover.. Note: We do not recommend mixing old and new batteries because it can damage the device. 4. Replace the battery compartment cover, ensuring it snaps into place.

What a piece of junk! I wish I could return it. Barely any power to turn the brush head on the high setting. I tried both the batteries that came with the unit and fresh batteries from the store. The brush head kept stalling on the spins, despite applying light pressure to my face. This is a dollar store item. Not what I expected from Olay. Do not buy this product.

I thought knowing Olay has such high ratings over the years that this would be a good product but I'm beyond pleased with this! I did not buy Olay products to use with it as I already have my own face wash that I like but WOW the difference between washing my face with my hands and using this brush is indescribable! I feel like I have a new face every time I use it! I say that while only having it for 2 days and washing my face 3 times with it but my skin is so soft when I rinse it off. I throw on some moisturizer and I can see the difference in the mirror already, my complexion is lighter and my pores seem a bit smaller already. I know the description says that overtime of using it you'll notice younger skin, in my few times using it I'll appreciate my super soft skin :) 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

the brush kinda feels good on your face but i think it’s not really doing anything for the skin. have to change the brush often to have the maximum effect. the brush gets over use easily abs you can see it.

After repeated use, it is normal to notice some splaying or spreading out of the bristles. Here are some tips to help prevent the bristles from wearing out too quickly: Avoid pressing the brush head too hard against your skin, but gently move the brush around for about 60 seconds. Allow the brush head to dry thoroughly between uses. We recommend replacing the brush head every 3 months or sooner if bristles become worn. Your feedback means a great deal to us. Was afraid to use a facial brush as I read that they were harsh on the face, but I decided to get this one because of the great reviews. So glad I did! My face is much softer, brighter and cleaner, it truly does make a difference how you wash your face. I use it 2x a day with various cleansers. So easy to use and is very gentle.

This cleansing device had little power. It certainly wasn't robust enough to actually clean my face. I've since thrown it away and replaced it with another brand that is what I expect it to be. I would not advise anyone buying this product.

It’s not very powerful. I was hoping the highest speed (only 2) would feel powerful, but it’s rather weak. It felt like a good clean, but I wish there was more strength. I’m comparing this to the now discontinued Clinique Sonic System. Overall, I probably won’t buy again.

Let me start by saying that I do not have a fancy skincare routine. I’m in my early 30s and I decided that I wanted to attempt to treat my skin better. I’m a washcloth and regular soap type girl.
