Always use one kind or another of Olay face creams which are fragrance free, so tried this on a whim. That said, I like creams better than gels generally speaking; however, this actually tightened my skin, too. I have "marionette" lines from the corners of my miyrh to the bottom of my chin and for several hours after I apply this, they around 75% disappear. Was not expecting this happy side effect!

I’ve been looking for a great hydrating moisturizer, but this is an absolute failure. It pills even after letting dry and I do not use an excessive amount or rub in too hard. Just a bad product with no moisturizing qualities. Waste of money.

Does not moisturize at all. It just feels like a film dried over my face. It also makes all my makeup curdle and I end up with pilling on my face. Awful awful awful, do not buy. What a waste of money.

Awful! This stuff just sits on the surface of my face providing no moisture. Then I put on makeup and it looks like a crackle finish. Gross!

This made my skin extremely dry. When I would put my make up on, it would literally peel my skin off so I'd have to wash my face and redo it w/o moisturizer. Bc this was so horrible, I think it has caused me to lose faith in Olay products as a whole.

Initially I thought this lotion was too expensive… but now that I have used it for a couple of weeks I realize it’s worth every cent. My face was cracking.. it had patches of red/dry areas and looked aggregated. This gel/lotion is a miracle. It healed my face. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. My face is no longer cracking and dry. Also my face lines have gone away. I would recommend this to anyone who has dry skin and needs moisture asap.

My face feels amazing. I only apply it at night. I cleanse my face and neck then apply a small amount of the Olay gel to both to and follow it up with a small amount of my normal moisturizer. My face has never felt better.

I stopped buying products that don't have at least 24 hydration - I only buy the ones that say 24-48 hour hydration and beyond. This new product does what it says - keeps skin hydrated well under makeup all day. Now that I'm older each winter gets worse and worse as far as wrinkly skin - I make sure I use this and other products that will make me look better.....

I want to love this, but it does pill pretty badly even when it's the only thing I have on my skin. That said, I do love the way it dries down without being sticky or tacky, but my skin still feels moisturized. I prefer it for nighttime since it doesn't cause my face to stick to my satin pillowcase. I wouldn't wear it during the day because it doesn't play well with my sunscreen and I probably won't repurchase because of the pilling, but if you're considering it I think it's still worth a try. It may not pill for you. I have pretty normal skin and I live in Florida so it's pretty humid - not sure if that makes a difference.
