The Retinol 24 Night Moisturizer also contains our Retinoid Complex in a more hydrating form. For faster, more amazing results-you can pair them together. It is best to use products for their intended use for best results and for safety. Especially with those Retinol24 products, you do want to be careful. The product itself is fine and functional but the packaging is bad enough that I will go back to using other brands. The “dropper” is essentially non functional and I end up just using it as a smear stick to get it on my face. There is always excess product that gets gooped up in the ridges of the jar top and gets wasted. In my opinion, it also takes more product per application then other similar retinols. If the packaging was different, I would consider repurchasing, but it is enough of a daily nuisance that I will switch to other products.

We package our products using precise filling equipment to ensure the right amount of product is in each container. They're filled by weight and are checked several times along the production line. In fact, they're slightly overfilled to make sure the correct amount of product is inside the bottle and the amount of product printed on the package is the actual amount available for you to use. Because of this I'm confident the bottle is full, but it's possible the dropper isn't pulling up enough liquid. Here are some tips for using the dropper that we hope will help. Unscrew and remove the dropper from the bottle. Squeeze the bulb to dispense any remaining serum. While still squeezing the bulb, reinsert the dropper into the bottle. Release the bulb. This will pull the serum into the dropper tube. Remove the dropper and squeeze to dispense. I’ve always been a fan of Oil of Olay and I will continue to buy the products that work for me. I felt it was important to add a review of this product because I developed a painful rash over my face after 3-4 uses. The rash is red, hot and uncomfortable. I’ve used Retinol products before without any problems.

I used to use Olay Pro-x clear. It cleared my skin and faded spots in 3-5 days. Clear skin. I was devastated when it was discontinued. I’ve been waiting to find another Olay product with the same results. This serum does that and more! Not only has it help treat acne and prevent new problems, but also has brightened my complexion, faded old scars and pigmentation! Not to mention addressing fine lines and wrinkles. I use it with the famous red jar and can’t say enough about my skin.

It seems to soften my skin so pergaps over time it will "soften" the lines. Not much of a difference so far, but I'm hanging in for 30 days. You sure don't get much. I paired it with the night time lotion as suggested. I had faster results with Neutrogena...just saying.

Love this product. I'm impressed. I noticed a recognizably huge difference in my skin complexion. It was brighter, smoother, and I stopped having breakouts. My skin is very sensitive and the fragrance-free is ideal for my particular skin. I love it. I was prescribed retin-A long ago to help with breakouts as my skin was always "angry". I can say that your product works just as well and has calmed my skin. I'm impressed by the cost in comparison to the relative dept store brand.

I have been a huge fan o Olay Regenerist products for years, so I was excited to try some of the new serums. This was one of them. I really dislike the dropper top (versus the pump). It’s advantageous of consumers, and you end up wasting a lot of product. I am almost done with the bottle, and I see no change to my skin whatsoever. I went back to my original jar of Olay and saw satisfactory results again after a couple of days. Would not recommend. Stay with the original “Little Red Jar” and serum. They’re better.

Sticky and no hydration

I hated the sticky feeling it left and felt no hydration. I just bought a different retinol night serum and instantly felt the difference in comparison to this one. I know Every skin type is different and maybe this just didn’t do it for my combination skin. But I really felt I wasted $30.

There are different factors that can contribute to what’s known as “pilling” -- moisturizer balling up on the surface your your skin -- or flaking when using a moisturizer. Here are some tips to help prevent this from happening: Be sure to apply your moisturizer to clean, dry skin. Pilling/flaking can be caused by using too much moisturizer or by rubbing it in too hard. Try using a little less product, and a lighter touch. If you’re using a cream, it might be too much moisture. Try switching to a lotion or serum for the daytime, and use your cream at night. If pilling/flaking occurs on the surface of your skin, simply brush it off with a tissue.

I purchased this night cream because I had a few dry spots and a couple of age spots on my face. No wrinkles. I'm 69 and over the past year my face has gotten dry. So I decided to purchase the smallest container. Used the first night and the next morning has a few bumps on my neck. So the next night just put on my face. Only used small amount. My face has broken out. I will try it again in 5 days.

I purchased this awhile ago and it's not harsh. My face is extremely sensitive and I use the Sensitive Calming Facial Moisturizer with Hungarian Water Essence over the Retinol 24 and HF ave had no irritation, but very soft skin!

When I finally got my item (it took forever to get) it was either tampered with or broke on the way to me. I contacted Olay and it has been a month and I have not gotten a replacement or refund or even a response after sending pictures and multiple emails. Horrible customer service. The consistency is really runny and leaks all over. I didn’t want to leave this review but I felt like I needed to because I’m not getting a response. I’m sorry Olay but I expected more from a respected company.
