This product doesn’t help with sleep, I tried it for three days and I’ve only got about 8 hours of rest. Now my sleep schedule is flipped around.

I’ve been taking these for years. I recently restocked and they not only taste significant worse but they weren’t working as well at quieting my brain down. I still had my old container so I decided to compare…. Olly has reduced the amount of L-theanine in these from 100mg to 50mg per serving without disclosing or reducing the price. Such a bummer — will have to go find a cheaper/more effective alternative.

I’ve been using these as a part of my sleep routine for almost 5 years now. Always was my #1 recommendation to others (but no more). OLLY has recently reformulated without indicating as much to great detriment of the product itself. At minimum L-Theanine has been halved and they’ve introduced pectin into the receipe. Now they have a terrible flavor, weird consistency, and to me, are much less effective. I went to the store and bought out the end of the old inventory - hopefully giving me enough time to find another vendor that sticks with quality instead of chasing costs. Adios!

The only melatonin that doesn’t wake me up in the middle of the night. Love it.

This is just a terrible product. I only took it occasionally but at least twice I was awake until 3 and 4am in the morning (went to bed a little after 10pm). Probably one of the worst products I've used. I will throw it away, after another night of insomnia. This should be removed from the market.

Searched for a long time to find a melatonin product that worked for me. I only need one Blackberry Zen for great sleep!

I tend to build up a tolerance to any sleep supplement. This one included. The one that works best for me and without fail works every night is the active immunity and sleep.

I suffer from chronic migraines and when I have an attack, it’s often hard to sleep. I obtained my first sample of the Olly Sleep when I attended the Dear Media Edit Event in the fall. I took it along with my migraine medication & slept soundly through the night. I also didn’t feel drowsy the next morning so that was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs help getting adequate sleep.

The flavor is so yummy and relaxing.It's a good transitional gummy.To take us before you go to bed, it's not a blast of flavor but it's smooth and sophisticated.And then the melatonin kicks in, it's really good! I usually take just one to get a restful sleep. If I'm having trouble falling asleep, I take 2. They are my favorite melatonin! I take them whenever I need a deep relaxing sleep.

Bring back the original formula with the sugar coating.

These are fairly tasty and I believe they help me fall asleep faster. I am still searching for something that will keep me asleep longer than 2.5 hours.

They do work well but I didn't know how to use them. My doctor told me to take them a 3 to 4 hours before bed. This explains why they seemed to just make me tired all day and didn't help me get to sleep on time.

These are a life saver. I struggle sometimes to fall asleep and these know me out.
