A: No, but if you get the 7450 model it comes with the ac adapter / also this model does not have the back lit screen / hard to read

Don't buy! I spent 68$ on this junk. It is not accurate and target has discretion on whether they will accept it as a return bc I don't still have the box. Well it was bought in November. Can't get in touch by phone to see if they will accept it bc no one answers the phone. The target chat was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue.. complete waste of time. Time to start shopping elsewhere.

My concern was it was used and battery was not inside box as well. Now I was to sick to return it so I kept it. I tried it out and it is very good. The cuff is great and gets pretty tight. It read 144/98 which is where I’m normally at when I go to doc. So I would recommend buying this one and not cheaper one. It takes 4 aa batteries. It’s easy to read,

Just bought this one to learn, that: 1. it does not have a usb port to charge, despite using only 6V-4W (regular USB delivers 5V-10W or more, if needed). 2. it does not have a cord in the box, to connect to the power outlet - I have to either pay for batteries, or to pay even more on top for the cord. Awful user experience - returning it today and buying some other brand.

Worked well for 2 weeks but afterwards started giving inconsistent readings. It also started squeezing the cuff to 170 range, giving me bruises on my arm. Was good while working properly within the first 2 weeks. This is the 3rd bpm I am trying from different brands and unfortunately none of them is of good quality.

The product description states it has bluetooth so I can track in the app. Once it arrived, I discovered that this model does not have Bluetooth. Definitely overpriced for not having extra features. Also, the included batteries were damaged so then I had to run out to buy batteries and spend even more. I definitely would save the money and get the $30 unit instead.

This cuff is easy to use and accurate — I used this cuff to check my BP daily during my pregnancy due to my history of preeclampsia, and brought it to my doctor’s office to ensure that it was reading the same as their machine (it was). My BP was normal the whole pregnancy until one day at almost 32 weeks it wasn’t, I got high readings several times in a row which resulted in me going to labor & delivery and getting admitted with preeclampsia with severe features. My baby was born 6 days later. Had I not been using this BP cuff my blood pressure spike could have been missed and could have led to a bad outcome for my baby and me. Would recommend this cuff!!

My original Omron BP monitor is 10 yr old, and I picked this up so I could compare readings to make sure it was still calibrated. Setting up my account on my phone wasn't great, though it eventually worked. (The app emails you a link to verify your email address, and each time, it took some 15+ minutes to send it and by then I'd requested another one). I couldn't set anything else up until I had the account, so that was a pain. Setting up the actual device was easy enough, and it paired fine with my Pixel phone. Taking the pressure is straightforward. Finding where to look for the readings in the app took a bit of snooping around, but they're all there One feature I hadn't seen mentioned elsewhere is that the app can email you your readings, and it's sent as a xls spreadsheet! With my old device, I was tracking in a spreadsheet and entering that data was super tedious. Better yet, you can then turn around and forward the file to your doctor or whoever (or just save the values because eventually the ones in the machine will be overwritten). That part alone is enough to convince me to keep the monitor.

I just received my new Omron BP and cannot register it because of my email address already on file! I am asked to supply another email address. I only have one!! The blue tooth feature and anything else online is worthless to me for monitoring. The sketchy printed information that came with the BP unit tells me to go to HELP. I can not find HELP and I have found no way to call and verbally ask for help.

I reported twice to Omron: once that upper arm and wrist machines give quite different readings and then that my the weigh scale gives different readings on repeated measurements within a minute or so but no response, They NEVER say where exactly is their machines validated.

My wrist BP with an Omron is low normal and when my BP is checked at medical appointments it is always high (around 150/80). I bought an Omron upper arm device. The Omron devices agree. Even for people without challenging body habitus or medical problems it difficult to obtain BP measurements to make decisions about the existence of hypertension and adequate treatment. Seldom are careful determinations made.
