However, the contents(gummies) were melted into a large gummy mound and were impossible of course to ingest safely. Maybe this was best to sample during a cooler season such as fall/winter instead of summer.

I love the one a day multi+ hair and skin because it just about takes care of everything without having to take a million vitamins daily. I love that they are gummies and they actually don’t taste bad at all! They are rather good to be honest. My hair and nails have never looked healthier since taking these gummies daily! I love them and will continue to take them daily as long as they are available!

The texture of the gummies is not sticky at all, they're high quality, love that this is a 120 count big bottle that lasts me longer than a month! A must try!

These taste exactly the way plastic shower curtain liners smell. I honestly wouldn’t use them but I needed vitamins and I’m reluctant to finish them. Can’t rate on if they actually work as I’ve only taken them for about a week. Do yourself a favor and find something else.
