Does not contain iron. Low iron can lead to anemia in pregnant women. Anemia can cause fatigue, loss of concentration, headaches, dizziness, leg cramps, and insomnia. I did not have a great reaction to these vitamins. They made me feel tired, sluggish and at times dizzy. I read the good reviews on the target prenatal gummies and compared ingredients to these vitamins noticing that the Target ones had way less fillers, dyes, and sugar with much more vitamins so I ...see moreof the reviewer's review
