The variety in this kit is amazing! There are art projects, building projects, writing prompts - and a ton of lessons about what gratitude is, why it's important how to express it and even where to find it when things are looking down! So so cool & I really recomend it to anyone!

There is one activity here called the bowl of gratitude, where they make a club bowl while thinking about 10 things they are grateful about themselves. My grandson gave me his afterwards so I could have a part of him here even when he isn’t around - isn’t this adorable?!?! I keep my keys and coins in it and it makes me smile every time I walk through my front entrance.

My kids are great at saying thank you, but I think it is just an automatic response and not very genuine. I got them this to really dive deep into gratitude and why it is important, and I have gotten a lot of moments of genuine gratitude from them since then!

I got this as an activity for our family night and we have been using it almost daily ever since! The activities are really long lasting and encourages the whole family to practice their "attitudes of gratitudes" whenever we can!
