Q: How do I complain about false advertising? This clearly shows in one of the pictures that io3 comes with a basic travel case and 2 brush heads. These items are not in the box which is strangely packed as if these items were removed.

    The picture shows a case and and description states travel case included. Target blamed it on the manufacturer even though it's on Target's website.
