These were just what I was looking for! I needed to incorporate more healthy alternatives into my diet, so I started adding these chia seeds into different parts of my daily cooking. You don’t even taste them which is the best part! You can add these to so many things, even water. There’s so many benefits to chia seeds so you can’t go wrong! This package is TINY!! It is SIX OZ. I didn’t realize what I ordered. I can bought TWO POUNDS of ORGANIC Chia seeds for $8 from a different box store… this package has FOUR servings!! I use chia in my morning shakes, so this is four days of chia seeds… that’s ridiculous for the price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
