I bought two bags of these — one without the flaxseed and one with. Both are delicious. The blue corn is tastier than normal yellow or white corn chips, in my opinion. The texture is also excellent. They are stronger than most chips, so great for dipping, and they are very crispy. Plus, they're organic, so I don't have to worry about chemical residue. I highly recommend.

Get rid of the cruddy sunflower oil, organic or not, and switch to a clean oil, like avocado oil. While they were good I won't buy again, unless you stop using cruddy seed oils - now that I know better, I'll do better.
