Summary of reviews
The Good & Gather Organic Ultra Thin Pizza Crust is a popular choice for guests who prefer a thin, crispy crust for their homemade pizzas. However, some guests have reported receiving expired products, and others find the crust too thin and flimsy. It's recommended to check the expiration date before consuming and to pre-bake the crust for a crispier result.

Hands down the best thin pizza crust out there. I don't use anything else when I make homemade pizzas and they are delicious every time!! Great value at $5.49 with 2 crusts in each package.

No longer feel guilty eating pizza! Made this with my husband and kids, everyone approved. If you’re a thin crust lover, this will be great in a pinch.
A new favorite!

This crust is so good! It has great flavor, and I like the thin crust because you can get the taste of pizza without the extra carbs! I baked my pizza in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and it came out nice and crispy!

These Good & Gather organic ultra-thin pizza crusts are the best I’ve found. They come two to a box and are conveniently packaged with a resealable bag - smart. Due to specific dietary needs, this ultra-thin crust checks the boxes. It’s not a thick, doughy crust - not overly high in sodium, and my family and I love the taste. The crust is pretty plain tasting but the flavors should be coming from your toppings anyway! A tip - since the crust is so thin, I blind bake it for four minutes at 400 degrees and then add my toppings. Before returning the pizza to the oven, I line the crust edges with aluminum foil so it doesn’t burn. I then bake at 400 degrees for eight minutes and it’s done! I buy these weekly.
Better than the Market Pantry ones 100%

The crusts were overall really good for pre-made crusts. We tried the Market Pantry ones in the past and those were awful. I didn't have high hopes for these but I was pleasantly surprised. They do crisp up but you have to be careful not to overdo the toppings or you end up with a less crisp slightly soggy middle. If you like extra crisp I'd say leave it in for an extra minute or 2. We cut ours into ghost shapes. They came out pretty good.
Its a win!

I bought two packages of these crusts and they were both over 6 months expired. That is terrible quality control and I am shocked they were still on the shelf. Please check your expiration dates before consuming. Disgusting!

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn people who think they are buying pizza crust. This “crust” is quite literally paper thin. I understand it’s thin crust but that’s an understatement. To be fair I purchased for pickup and never would have done so had I seen it in store. The second you attempt to eat it the toppings fall everywhere. It tastes fine, but super disappointed. Keep looking if you want to make a true pizza.

This is my favorite pizza crust. It’s so thin it’s like a cracker. Goes really well with the good and gather pizza sauce. I hope they continue to make this product! Only thing is I would recommended checking the date because sometimes I have seen it expired on the shelf

I never had a chance to try the crust because they gave me expired product. It smelled rancid when I pulled it from the bag. I’m glad I checked the date!
