I ordered 2 zucchinis - I've purchased much bigger pickles. And one of them was bruised and beginning to form mold. Only less than half the vegetable was edible. Very, very disappointing. I doubt the shopper would've chosen it if better ones were available.
I get these every week or two and they are fine. They are tasty and appropriately sized--I've never gotten particularly small ones. I wish the price was lower ($1.69 seems a bit high, but it is the middle of winter right now). Also non-organic ones cannot be delivered by Shipt (no idea why). I've have no complaints.
I just paid 7.36 for less than one pound of zucchini. Yes, these really are 1.69 each and I bought two zucchini and paid 7.36. I received one zucchini weighing 7.3 oz and the other weighing 7.4 ounces. I don't give a ding-dong that they're "organic" - even at my high-priced Farmer's Market organic zucchini sell for $1.50 per pound. PLUS, each zucchini is encased in plastic from stem to stern. What a waste all the way around.
