I agree with the other person's review "BEWARE! DO NOT BUY!" I bought this kit and submitted it. I have been waiting since October 2019 for my results. I too received the confirmation email that Orig3n received my results and is processing it from their facility and I have heard hit and miss from them, but no results as of yet. I've called their number and got a call back from someone in Maryland (he left me a voicemail). I called back...got his voicemail. I am waiting to hear. He said I could text him if I'd like. I did....I'm still waiting. The communication has been hit and miss. Not very good customer service. I too would strongly advise against spending your money on this.
My husband and I both bought these kits and submitted them. We have been waiting 7 weeks since we each received the confirmation email that Orig3n received our results and is processing them from their facility and we have yet to hear nothing. I have submitted 3 requests now and I have not gotten any response. I would strongly advise against spending your money on this. Unfortuantely it looks like it was a waste of ours.

This is a simple test to understand. It looks at a few common vitamins and tells you if you could be deficient given your DNA. My results were really enlightening. It said that I was deficient on several vitamins. Notably, Vitamin D, B12 and A. I went to my doctor and checked for these with a blood test and I was severely low in Vitamin D. I was prescribed mega doses of Vitamin D and now am on a supplement regime to help get me into a more normal range. Since I eat well with lots of veggies, fruit, etc., I would never have thought to get the blood test if I hadn't taken this test.
This test was particularly interesting to me because I just happened to also get a blood panel done recently that helped me understand my current levels. Being able to compare my doctor’s results against what genetics says ‘my body’ needs, has really helped me to dial in my nutrition through whole foods and occasional supplements. This test is so cool and very easy to do.
