I've been buying this mix for a while and the quality has been consistent. Decent flavor, decent texture, they're good pancakes for cheap. They're pretty sweet though which I don't like, it can get overwhelming when you have them with syrup. I think they added something to the mix recently, more sugar or a little vanilla? It smells and tastes like sugar cookies now.

I've never had a pancake mix turn out so rubbery in texture. Maybe substituting milk for water would have helped, but overall I wouldn't buy this again.

I was looking for a pancake mix without dairy because I can’t eat it and it seems they all have buttermilk. I didn’t have too high of expectations, but this was fantastic! My only complaint is that the bag isn’t resealable. That would have made this product perfect.

They taste great. I add milk & vanilla extract. The only downside is that it takes forever to fully mix out the lumps of pancake mix. The mix forms balls when you are mixing. Maybe a sifter will help this issue.

22 grams of added sugar?! I couldn’t believe that. That’s COMPLETELY unnecessary for a plain pancake mix! Unheard of. Even bisquick is just 5g. And especially considering the sugar content if you then add something like maple syrup, fruit, or chocolate chips.

I was hoping this mix would make great pancakes, but sadly I didn't like it. My family also took a pass. The texture is what makes them a disappointment. No matter how long they are cooked the inside feels uncooked.
