A: Hi Nicolw, If you have a Fire tablet, it's better to buy a Fire version of the starter kit. The starter kits will include base & reflectors designed for their respective devices.

Q: Does this work with a thick protector case on the iPad. I see all the pic and videos show an "uncased" iPad but an uncased iPad is risky even with adults.

A: Hi Kari, No, All iPad cases need to be removed before placing the device on the iPad base. we do have custom Speck cases for iPads sold on our website(check for accessories).

Q: Does this include the Disney princesses? I saw their is a separate game but I thought this made more sense if it includes the princesses in it plus additional drawings.

A: No, this particular product - Osmo Creative Starter Kit for iPad is not compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 lite. It is only compatible with iPad.

Q: We have the Kindle Fire 10HD. This version says it is for the iPad. Is this version also compatible with the Kindle Fire 10HD? Will the reflector that comes with this game also work with the Kindle or does that need to be purchased separately?

This device is ok. It was interesting to use when you use the app and the device together. However, the one thing my kid and didn’t like was how difficult to clean the white board this came with. I have the white board cleaner and still that didn’t work. I had to search what others had done to remove the left over marker that wouldn’t come off on the internet. And still they didn’t work! You would think for a pricey item the white board wouldn’t be so difficult to remove the marker stains. Not cool…

My daughter likes this but a couple of things for prospective buyers to note: the mirror that projects on the iPad is not compatible with new model iPads and you can't just replace that part - you have to buy the base and mirror again for like $50. Also if you have a thick case on your iPad for kid use like we do, be aware that you have to totally take that off to use this product.

We tried all their suggestions from their website.. we used the markers it came with and this is the end result.. magic eraser didn't work, hand sanitizer didn't work.. Still waiting to see if we will get a replacement but they haven't approved it yet.

We are new to Osmo and already purchased 4 sets! We love love love Osmo! My little is 5 and has enjoyed playing the games every day since she got it for Christmas!
We did make a rookie mistake of ordering two sets with bases so look into getting one base and then just adding games.
