I have plenty room to put this smaller size microwave in my cabinet in my kitchen. I like not having buttons that are setup for automatic cooking. If I need only 10 seconds I can push 10 seconds. I no longer burn items with this microwave.

Large, bulky and doesn't heat well on one try.

BEWARE! They sell this item USED for full price. I bought this and it was already used, so I would recommend looking on a different website for this microwave. Only option given was to return it and get another one but no guarantee that the "new" one wouldn't be used as well. The microwave works and fits a regular sized dinner plate just beware that you may be getting a used microwave
I have had this new Oster microwave for a couple weeks now. I found the directions very simple and easy to follow, until I realized they didn't do what I thought the directions said! I had to call Customer Service to find out how to enter the minutes I wanted to enter for a frozen dinner, rather than having to use the Frozen Dinner icon. After a five minute review of what buttons I actually needed to push, I hung up, wrote down what she said in the booklet, and things have gone well since then.
