A: It must be defective...I would return it. We purchased two and they work fine. You may want to try a different brand...the two that we purchased have started to rust... this is very disappointing.

Q: We purchased two of these microwaves and one of them is starting to rust from the inside. The rusting is not due to misuse or not cleaning after each use. Has anyone experienced this problem?

A: I noticed rust in the microwave about two months ago. I have always kept the microwave clean. This is the first time I have experienced this with a microwave.
submitted by - 3 years agoA: Yes, this is the first time I have ever experienced this problem. And there are multiple spots inside where rusting started. Have kept it extra clean, dried it out when there is excess steam, etc., and I would never recommend this microwave, nor would I ever buy it again. Thank you for asking - as I thought it was just me!

A: No the door is fine. The only issue is yje clock sometimes ends up being slow even when it's been reset.

Had this microwave for 4 months and kept disconnecting from the electricity and turning on when it wants to and now won’t turn on at all, also the clock kept resetting on it’s own, requiring me to set the time back constantly. Extremely disappointing, I’d spend a bit more money on a similar wattage Microwave, so that you know it’s reliable. Don’t buy.

This microwave broke within 6 months of owning. Reached out to company regarding warranty and it takes 3-4 weeks for them to get back with you on whether they will refund you or replace. That time frame is ridiculous and inconvenient. Choose a different brand and save yourself the hassle.

I purposely bought a 1100W microwave for the popcorn popping power, this one is TERRIBLE. I’d probably say this is more like an 800W microwave, not powerful and have to reheat things forever and use the popcorn button 2-3 times. Glad the clock works fine, that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise it’s a 1 star machine.

This microwave does the job. But other reviewers are right. It is a bit inconvenient in poor light it is difficult to see the numbers to start the microwave. But - I really like the 30 second thing....you can select a time and then add 30 seconds with one button. I really like how convenient that is.
