This was a Christmas gift last Christmas and it worked great but just the other day I tried to use it and the cork screw only went into the cork about a half inch and the entire screw broke off from inside the unit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]see moreof the reviewer's review

There is nothing in the instructions that state the charging light does not go of when the opener is fully charged. Found the answer on FAQ. So, it is left up to a guessing game. If you leave the charger on the base, the 30 bottle rule does not apply unless you are not suppose to leave the charge...see moreof the reviewer's review
