This case feels very cheap to hold. The hard plastic is injection-molded, and the seams are rough and irritated the skin of my hand. I’ve had way better cases from otterbox before, so I’m disappointed in this one.

I just purchased the Otterbox for the iPhone eleven and it’s great. I love the new design my previous case just fell apart it definitely wasn’t as sturdy as the one I just purchased. I know this one will last a lot longer.

I dropped phone on the floor and b/c of the loose fit my phones screen got cracked. I’ve always been a fan of otter box cases, but this poor quality upsets me!

Although we do everything we can to provide the very best protection available, unfortunately, any given drop/impact is still subject to some unique variables that are at times beyond our control. We you using a screen protector with the case? Although the case doesn't come with one, adding such a piece to the mix is never a bad idea. I needed a phone case with more protection. It fits my iPhone 11 well, but I will say with enough force from your hand you can push the phone fully out of the case. I did do a test drop on my carpet and the phone stayed in the case. I’m an equestrian, I often ride with my phone in case of emergencies and it’s been good these past couple of weeks. My favorite part is the little dust protector on the charging port.
