Q: Does Arlee have freckles? The picture appears that she does; however, the description does not mention freckles. Some of the other dolls specifically say freckles.

Q: We just received Arlee and the salon chair (selerate purchase) and my daughter is disappointed that she can’t sit her in the chair because only one of her hips rotates. Is this a manufacturing flaw or is that how the doll is supposed to be?

A: Hi Ginny. Both legs on the Our Generation dolls rotate at the hip and allow for the dolls to sit with their legs straight out. A: Hi there! When it’s time to clean your Our Generation doll’s hair, we recommend using a small spray bottle filled with water (only) to mist your doll’s hair (instead of a strong jet). Make sure to avoid heat and other styling products as it can permanently damage your doll's hair. Hope this helps, and have fun playing with Our Generation!

A: Hi there! Regular Our Generation dolls like Arlee are not posable, meaning they can rotate at the neck, shoulders, and hips, but they do not bend at the knees and elbows. If you're looking for a doll with bendable knees and elbows, check out one of the Great Our Generation Deluxe Dolls!

Q: This doll is beautiful but why do her legs feel like a hard plastic compared to the retro doll we have which is vinyl that gives some when squeezed? Is she a manufacturer mistake and I should exchange or are all the regular doll the same?

A: Hello. All of the accessories or clothing that come with the Our Generation dolls are removable. Please make sure to be careful while removing them from the dolls, as there are ties and sewn on pieces to secure them in place during transport.

I brought Megan (arlee) a week ago and am glad that I picked this type. Her hair is very long and easy to style, she also has freckles which most dolls don't have. Her eyes open and close when she sits up and lies down which I love. The one thing I would change about her is that her hair is cut oddly so that u can see layers of it. Other than that I love her, decently recommended this product.👍

I ordered this doll for my daughter because of her freckles. Although the picture of Arlee shows freckles, the doll I received does not! Very cute still but not what we wanted so I’m returning it.

No freckle, face looks different. This is a beautiful doll but doesn’t look like the same face in the picture. No freckles. Very disappointing.
